Payment
It is possible to order by means of an invoice or directly to pay via Ideal. You are requested to pay the invoice you received within 2 days, when it is paid we agree with your order.
If this has not happened (within 2 days), the order will be canceled.

Delivery time
The delivery time may sometimes vary, it depends if we already have your product in stock. When we have the product in stock. For silver rings we aim to have the ring delivered to your home within 1 to 1.5 weeks.
For white gold and yellow gold rings, the delivery time is 3 weeks, because the rings must be made and still pass the guarantee, here the alloy is checked.

Transport
All packages we send are sent to you by registered mail.

Warranty
If there are zirconium stone(s) in your jewelry, they may eventually dull and we do not guarantee this. They are of course not diamonds.
On gold rings (minimum 14 carat) we give a lifetime warranty on production errors. On the brilliant (s) in it we give a one year warranty, this because if the brilliants do not fall out in the first year, they (most likely) will never fall out.
You can have your ring checked every year by us if the setting (tension) of the brilliants is still good. We can also give your ring a 'touch up' so it looks like new again.
